PURPOSE:To obtain a capsule toner suited for pressure fixing by forming the shells produced by the reaction with the formation of a specific high polymer on the surfaces of the liquid drops wherein hydrophobic liq. contg. a displaying and recording material is emulsified and dispersed in hydrophilic colloidal soln. contg. deriv. gelatin. CONSTITUTION:The shells produced by the reaction of the compd. selected among acid chloride, bischloroformate, sulfonyl chloride, isocyanate and isothiocyanate (e.g.; tolyene diisocyanate, tetramehylene diisocyanate, etc.) and an active hydrogen compd. (e.g; water, ethylene diamine, etc.) with the formation a high polymer are formed on the surfaces of the liquid drops consisting of the hydrophobic liq. formed by emulsification and dispersion of the hydrophobic liq. contg. the displaying and recording material in a hydrophilic colloidal soln. contg. deriv. gelatin, whereby the capsule toner constituted of the core material contg. the displaying and recording material and the shells covering the core material is produced. |
