PURPOSE:To make use and carrying convenient by making a handle usable also as a shoulder pad. CONSTITUTION:A freely extensible belt 3 is used like 3a when carried by hand and like 3b as a shoulder belt. A grip part 4 to be used as a shoulder pad when the belt serves as a shoulder belt is provided. Since a camera 1 is carried on the shoulder in the stage of the shoulder belt 3b during the use, the handle is kept clear of the visual field while the camera is in use.
