CONSTITUTION:When the output voltage E of a battery 1 goes to <=8V from 14V, a characteristic VECR-IE assumes a positive resistance characteristic and an FET 10 goes off. In the drop period of the voltage E in this time, the characteristic VECR-IE is in a negative resistance characteristic region and the FET 10 is on as a load curve Z1 shows. Therefore, an LED 5 emits light. When the voltage E goes to <=8V, the LED 5 does not emit light. |
