PURPOSE:To enable widening the proportional moving range of the responding body on the other side in such a way that in an actuator which provides two responding bodies, it is opened under pressure which is higher than the moving pressure of the responding body on one side in the path of working fluid to communicate the two responding bodies, and a valve which is not closed to the pressure which is lower than that is inserted thereinto. CONSTITUTION:When a pump 13 is worked, and pressure in a pressure chamber 17 goes up, for a start, a first responding body 31 is displaced, a valve 45 is opened, and fuel gas flows through paths 41, 42 to a pilot burner. Then, when the pressure in the pressure chamber 17 further goes up, a control valve 18 is opened, working fluid flows through paths 16, 19 to a pressure chamber 20, a second responding body is displaced, a proportional valve 50 is proportionally controlled, and the fuel gas flows through paths 42, 43 to a main burner. Hereat, the control valve 18 is retained remaining opened until the pressure becomes almost zero in the process in which the pressure in the pressure chamber 17 goes down. |
