PURPOSE:To spray a proper amount to each portion by utilizing a control unit when a plastic hull is sprayed and formed with a spray gun. CONSTITUTION:The operation of a control unit starts, first, with an input to a memory 2, the predetermined protrusion 19a of an address plate 19 is inserted into an address counter 7, the work process is directed by operation of a work process manual operation section 13, next, a write-in circuit 14 is turned on, and the data corresponding to the work process, i.e., the numbe of shots of a pump are entered through a digital switch. After this preparation is completed, the said address plate 19 is inserted into an address counter 7 to perform the direction of the work process, then a predetermined amount of liquid resin is fed and painted to the directed portion by use of a spray gun 21. |
