PURPOSE:To both easily move a seat and adjust a seat position in stages, by engaging a main lock to upper and lower rails, interlocking a sublock at engagement and disengagement of the main lock, releasing and engaging the sublock for the lower rail. CONSTITUTION:An upper rail 1 is slidably supported to a lower rail, 2 and a main lock 6 is insertably supported between a folded element 4 and cut folded element 5 of a bracket 3 fixed to the lower rail 2, while a handling element 9 is provided to a mounting part 8 in a lever 7 to bracket 3, and the lever is connected to the main lock 6 and mounted to the bracket 3. Further a shaft 17 of the bracket 3 is placed to a long hole 11 of the mounting part 8 in such a manner as to fit a shaft 12 of the mounting part 8 to a long hole 18 of the bracket 3, and disengageably fitted in accordance with a turning direction of the lever 7. Then a sublock 19, equipped with a lock part 20 engaged to an angular hole 16 of said rail 2, is mounted onto a shaft 21, urged by a spring 24, in a face-to-face position to hook 27 on the saft 12, and interlocked at position of the main lock 6. |
