PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of temperature change by coating the surface of a metallic base board with a ceramic coating film and mounting a piezoelectric oscillation detecting element on the metallic base board through the film. CONSTITUTION:A titled detector is provided with a piezoelectric oscillation detecting element 1, a metallic base board 2, a signal fetching line 4, a pressing plate 5, a screw 6, a platelike metallic electrode piece 8. The signal fetching line 4 is coupled with the metallic electrode piece 8 through a soldering part 7 and the metallic base board 2 faced to the electrode piece 8 is coated with a ceramic coating film 12. The film 12 is formed on the surface of the metallic base board 2 by the chemical vapor-depositing method, physical vapor-depositing method or melt-spraying method without using any adhesive agent and functioned as a strong and stabilized insulating film. Since the adhesive agent is not used, the reliability of temperature change can be improved. |
