PURPOSE:In a suspension having a strut including a spring, to absorb impacts in a frequency range from the low to high, by dividing an upper sheet for supporting the spring at the top, into an inner and an outer sheets. CONSTITUTION:A suspension 1 comprises a knuckle 5 for supporting wheels 2 for steering and a strut 4 located around a turning shaft for the knuckle and including an outer cylinder 6, a shock absorber 8 and a spring 11. An upper sheet 10 for supporting the top of the spring 11 fitted on the strut body 4 is divided concentrically to the strut, into an inner sheet 10a fitted with a bearing 12 on a vehicle body 3 and an outer sheet 10b for supporting the spring. The inner and the outer sheets 10a, 10b are connected to each other with an interposed elastic member 40. A rotary member 43, which rotates around the axis of the strut 4 relative to the vehicle body 3, is provided between the outer sheet 10b and the vehicle body. |
