PURPOSE:To make it possible to effectively perform the shut-off against the atmosphere without residual air on the terminal part and the stem outer surface by arranging an insulating cylinder comprising a heat shrinkable member, etc., around the terminal outer periphery and by sealing parts of a terminal and a lead wire with an insulating member such as silicone rubber. CONSTITUTION:An insulating cylinder having heat-shrinkable properties is used for an insulating cylinder 47 arranged on the outer periphery of a terminal 34 to which a lead wire 33 is fixed, and a stem pin 16, a terminal 34 and a lead wire 33 are subjected to insulating coating. They are shrinked with a drier, and thereafter sealed and bonded with an insulating member such as silicone rubber 39. Hereby, air bubbles in silicone rubber are satisfactorily removed, enabling the shut-off against the external atmosphere to be sufficiently performed. |
