PURPOSE:To make a high-precision simulation possible with an easy operation without preparing troublesome data for operation, by using data of actual rolling for tracking simulation. CONSTITUTION:Actual data of the timing of the event occurrence is taken into an input device 10 at the time point of the tracking start in actual rolling and is stored in a tracking file 5 or a flexible disc 11. This data is used as a rolling simulation signal in off-line. Consequently, the simulation is performed in the on-line state. Preparations on the desk before the execution of simulation are unnecessary, and the rolling pitch is changed variously. The disc 11 is used for preservation of simulation data mainly, and data of the disc 11 can be returned to the tracking file 5 when simulation is executed again. |
