PURPOSE:To simplify the operation of a receiving device, by adding muting data and stereo/monaural switching data to receiving frequency data to perform a preset channel selection. CONSTITUTION:A key input circuit 11 of a radio receiver is operated, and muting MUT data 29 and stereo S/monaural M switching data 30 are added with each receiving frequency data 16 along with data 16 to be stored in a storage circuit 15 via a control circuit 13. With depression of a desired channel selection key of the circuit 11, the circuit 13 reads the data 16, 29 and 30 out of the circuit 15 and supplies dividing ratio control data 17 corresponding to the data 16 to a programmable divider 18 to perform a preset channel selection. At the same time, an MUT controlling signal is delivered to a terminal 131, and control is performed to decide whether or not the MUT action is carried out through a MUT circuit 22 via a transistor TRQ1. While an S/M switching control signal is delivered to a terminal 132, and an S/M switch circuit 23 is controlled via a TRQ2 to perform the switching between stereo and monaural modes. |
