<p>PURPOSE:To assure the wiring and at the same time to enhance the quality of a loud speaker system network without using the solder, by performing the connection by means of a calked terminal between the lead-out wires of a network circuit element incorporated into the speaker system or between the lead-out wire and an electric wire or the like. CONSTITUTION:For the assembly of a network of a loud speaker system, the coils 5 and 9 of the network circuit element are set previously on a network substrate 1 containing a substrate part 2, the printed circuit board parts 3 and 4, and the through hole parts of the parts 3 and 4. These coils 5 and 9 are wound and fixed by a band 12. In addition, the capacitors 6-8 and 12 plus a resistance 10 are added to the substrate 1. In this case, the lead-out wires 5'-11' of the circuit element and an electric wire, etc. are put through the through holes. Then a cylindrical calk terminal 14 put over the tips of the wires 5'-11' and 13, and the connection is secured by means of a claking tool. Then the attachment is assured for the wiring and the circuit element, and at the same time the assembling work is facilitated. Thus the quality is enhanced for a loud speaker system network.</p> |
