PURPOSE:To reduce the load rate of a central processing device and to improve the response time, by resolving the problem of resource lock before the start of the execution of a program. CONSTITUTION:When the execution request of a program is generated, a priority level of resource assignment to this program is given, and the program is registered in a resource release queue 4. The OS inspects the lock state of each resource and assigns a resource, which is released from the lock state, to a program having the highest priority level of resource assignment in the resource release queue 4. Programs registered in the resource release queue 4 are inspected, and a program where all resources are assigned is registered in a task queue 1. An index 11 of a program A and an index 12 of a program B are registered in the task queue 1 in this manner. |
