PURPOSE:To enable to simply and rigidly bond a reinforcing film by coating an adhesive on the film formed at both ends to be inserted to each other, winding the film on a coil, hardening the adhesive while applying tension thereto and then cutting both ends. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing film 12 of 200-500mum thick is so formed that one edge 12a is formed pectinatedly and the other end 12b is formed in a tongue shape inserted into the pectinated end. After an adhesive is coated on one surface of the film 12, the film is wound on a coil 9 and the outer periphery of a bobbin, and both ends 12a, 12b are inserted to each other. After the adhesive is hardened while applying adequate tension F to the ends 12a, 12b, the ends 12a, 12b which at not bonded to the outer periphery of the coil 9 are cut. |
