PURPOSE:To restrain fluctuation in the mixing ratio of a liquid with a higher accuracy of the mixing by a method wherein after comparison of the mixing ratio of a liquid, the liquid indicating the maximum mixing ratio is sucked at both ends of the suction process of a liquid pump while other liquids are sucked at the center thereof. CONSTITUTION:A two-tier plunger pump 1 repeats suction and discharge strokes with a driver 2 and a pulse motor 3 under the control of a microcomputer 10 which issues signals based on the set value by an input device 11 and liquids 7 and 8 are fed to a passage 9 through valves 4 and 5 adapted to open or close with a controller 6. Now when the mixing ratio of the liquid 7 is 77% or that of the liquid 8, 23%, the valve 4 is closed at the center of each suction stroke while the valve 5 is opened by 0.23Xt(t represents the length of one suction stroke). In this manner, the opening-closing control of the valves provides a mixed liquid without fluctuation in the mixing ratio at a high accuracy. |
