<p>Method has the following characteristics. Notches are stamped out on the edge of a workpiece strip, a sheet is cut off from the strip, and the sheet is formed. The conveying and ejecting of the component, which is gripped from the side by spring loaded projections from a guide slide is done by the strip, which pushes the guide slide, these operations being carried out simultaneously on three successive sheets. The method is inexpensive and simple employing only two limit switch control elements. It is intended for use in multistation sheet metal transfer presses.</p> |
