A water storage tank is supplied with water through a tap to permit a steady controlled flow of water into the chamber. An electric resistance heater is fitted in the base of the storage tank and the water temp. is regulated by a thermostat having a detector mounted in the storage tank. An adjustable length float arm switches the pump motor when the desired level of water is in the tank, and the pump empties the tank, forming a warm mist spray which is dispersed throughout the germination chamber. The arrangement is partic. intended for transformer cereals into green fodder for feeding cattle. |
