The heater for windscreen-washer fluid for a vehicle comprises a chamber through which the fluid passes from the reservoir on its way to the windscreen-washer jet. The chamber comprises a tubular conduit (2) which is wound onto a heater pipe (1) by undergoing elastic deformation and which establishes thermal contact with the wall of the pipe. The conduit is preshaped prior to installation and has a diameter which is smaller than that of the pipe. The conduit is held in position by adhesive.
