PURPOSE:To enhance a speed ratio with a simple structure by setting a special relation between a high speed side pole number and a low speed side pole number to the number of slots of an armature, suitably setting the current direction of the coil side of an armature coil forming poles of high speed side and forming low speed side poles. CONSTITUTION:Coils of U-, V- and W-phases are formed of two coil groups, and, in case of the U-phase, there are the first coil groupIhaving a large coil a, a middle coil b and a small coil c, and the second coil group II having a large coil a', a middle coil b' and a small coil c'. The number Z(=36) of slots of an armature, to which armature coils are inserted, is set to the relation of Z/2=P1+P2 in the high and low speed side pole numbers P1(=2) and P2(=16), and the two current directions of the current directions of the coil sides of the armature coils of the grooves forming the high speed side poles are inverted at every third ones, thereby forming the low speed side poles. |
