Drying process and drying device

A process and a device are described for drying a flowing medium, for example a gas such as air, which comes into contact with a drying medium regenerated by heat. The flowing medium from which moisture is to be removed is conducted via a tube coil or a similar arrangement which acts as a carrier for the drying medium. Agents which influence the state of the drying medium can be fed in via the inner side of the tube coil or similar arrangement. <IMAGE>
