PURPOSE:To enable automatic restarting without manual setting even if water feed load is zero, by adding a variable of main steam pressure to a system for controlling the rotational frequency of a turbine for driving a boiler feed water pump, by a feed water control signal. CONSTITUTION:A controller for the rotational frequency of a boiler feed water pump driving turbine includes a comparator 2 and a feed water regulation setting control unit 3, which receive a feed water control signal to provide a boiler feed water pump turbine rotational frequency setting signal, a rotational frequency setting unit 6 for providing a rotational frequency setting signal Ns, a comparator 7 and a start setting control unit 8 and controls a steam regulating valve 12. The controller further includes a pressure detector 16, which detects the main steam pressure Ps of a boiler 18, a coefficient multiplier 1 and an adder 4. When water feed load is zero, rotational frequency control signal for a turbine of a boiler feed water pump obtained by multiplying the detected main steam pressure Ps by a constant is added to a signal produced from the feed water control signal. |
