PURPOSE:To output an accurate tarry coincident with a final output and to detect the defective operation of a circuit, by writing waveform number data to an ROM and reading out the data after the waveform data. CONSTITUTION:A latch circuit 1 receives a selection controlling input, gives a control signal to an ROM having waveform data selected among ROMs 6-8, drives required ROMs and given input control data to a comparison circuit 2. Based on the clock of a clock generating circuit 4, a counter circuit 5 sequentially updatas the address of the ROMs 6-8, and the waveform data of the selected ROM is outputted to the 3rd latch circuit 12 and converted into an analog signal with a D/A converter 9 and an LPF 11. When an address where the waveform data of the ROM is finished is obtained, a timing pulse is given to the 2nd latch circut 3 from the counter circuit 5, and the waveform number data outputted from the ROM is latched at the circuit 3, this is outputted as a tarry and given to the circuit 2, compared with a selection control input and alarm at dissidence is outputted. |
