PURPOSE:To completely return a suppressing member after the release of suppression, by providing a projecting part to release the suppression of a tuning frequency regulating plate with the suppression member and a tilt member having a slope latched to this projecting part. CONSTITUTION:A tuning frequency regulating plate 5 is fitted to a crossarm 4 freely rotatably with a shaft 6 as a center. Further, the member 4 is provided with a suppressing member 11 supressing the plate 5, a projection part 16 provided with a push-button member 3 abuts on a slope 17 of the member 11 to turn the member 11 around a fulcrum 11b. When a push button 2 is pulled to the right direction, the member 3 is slid right and the projection 16 abuts on the slope 17 of the member 11. The slide of the member toward the right compulsively return the member 11 to the original position by taking the flucrum 11b of the member 11 as a center. Thus, a shaft 6 and the plate 15 can surely be rotated independently of the presence/absence of elasticity and fatigue. |
