PURPOSE:To reduce the exhaust time of an exhaust furnace and enable its effective application by preheating a valve to some extent prior to the heating exhaust process in the exhaust furnace with respect to the heating exhaust in a tube. CONSTITUTION:The figure shows the valve temperature in an exhaust furnace during heating exhaust, as compared with that by the conventional method. In the figure, curve (a) shows the valve temperature by this invention and Curve (b) shows that by the conventional method. Besides, the valve temperature is the measured result at the central part on the inner surface of a panel. In this example of execution, the valve is preheated immediately before it is entered in to the exhaust furnace. The heating temperature is approximately 60 deg.C considering the workability when the said valve is set in the exhaust furnace. Moreover, heating starts with the top of the panel with an infrared heater. As a result, the exhaust time (approximately two hours) can be reduced by approximately nine minutes, as compared with that by the conventional method. |
