PURPOSE:To perform smooth discharge of highly viscous substance and stepless control of the discharge by mounting a plurality of rotors on a shaft and eccentrically rotating the respective rotors to make a piston reciprocate and enabling variation in eccentricity thereof. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve 2 is fit inside a cylindrical body 1 which has covers 3 and 4 at both ends and a plurality of rotors 6 are axially mounted at an interval on a shaft 5 which is rotatably engaged into opposed center holes in the covers 3 and 4. By rotating those rotors 6 via the shaft 5, pistion sliders 7 are forced to make lateral reciprocation and a piston 8 is simultaneously reciprocated to discharge high viscous substance. Each of said rotors 6 is maintained by a reed metal 10 and the metal 10 is slided along slide supplementary pieces 12, so that a reciprocated travel of the piston 8 in terms of the discharge may be varied. On the other hand, shifting of the reed metal 10 may be achieved by turning operation of a reed shaft 14. |
