PURPOSE:To obtain the titled machine that can shorten the molding cycle time and can be made small, by allowing a belt tread assembly molding drum to move between a second stage green tire molding drum and a head stock apparatus along the main shaft. CONSTITUTION:The second stage green tire molding drum 300 is provided to the tip of the main shaft (A) that is rotatably supported with respect to the head stock apparatus 100, and has a double structure whose members are slidable axially in opposite directions to each other. The belt tread assembly molding drum 300 is arranged to the shaft (A) and is slidably and rotatably inserted between the drum 300 and the apparatus 100. A moving apparatus 104 for moving the drum 300 along the main shaft (A) and a rotating apparatus 400 for rotating the drum 300 are arranged in the apparatus 100. Thus, a waiting space for the belt tread assembly transferring apparatus 500 can be omitted, and the shifting operation of the belt sevicer apparatus 600 can also be excluded. |
