摘要 |
PURPOSE:To prevent by one element incomplete combustion and NOx from occurring, by providing an oxygen sensor made of metal oxide P type semiconductor having perovskite structure in a flame so that a resistance value is made to vary to excessive oxygen and shortage of oxygen. CONSTITUTION:This device is so constituted that opening and closing of a fuel supply channel is controlled automatically by a method wherein remarkable variation of resistance value under an excessive and a shortage states of oxygen quantity is detected by applying an oxygen sensor made of a metal oxide P type semiconductor having perovskite structure whose sintered film made of a mixture film of powdered perovskite oxide and powdered inorganic glass is fixed over a fixed perovskite oxide film showing output resulting from a hasty variation of a resistance value at air-fuel ratio of about 1 and representing the output resulting from a reversible hasty variation of resistance value even at air-fuel ratio of about 1.25. |
