PURPOSE:To improve the reliablity and to make a titled oscillator small in size, by incorporating components such as resistors and capacitors into an oscillator. CONSTITUTION:Leads 15 and 16 are picked up from electrodes 2 and 3 of a piezoelectric element 1 constituting an oscillator 10, a semiconductor chip 4 arranged on a support stand 17 of the oscillator is connected to the electrodes 2 and 3 to form an oscillation circuit incorporating the chip 4 in the oscillator 10. In mounting the oscillation circuit on a printed board, the space can remarkably be decreased and the entire size can much reduced. Soldering points to the printed circuit board are only for terminals of the oscillator 10, allowing to improve the reliability of soldering accordingly. |
