<p>The 2(3H)-benzothiazolones are mono- or disubstituted in the 4, 5, 6 and/or 7 position and have the general formula <IMAGE> in which one or two of the radicals R4, R5, R6 and R7 are a methyl, methoxy, methyleneoxy or ethyleneoxy group, one of these radicals is also a chlorine atom or a dimethylamino group and the other radicals are hydrogen atoms, and 5 processes for the preparation thereof and medicaments which contain one or more of these compounds are described. The compounds have good analgesic and antipyretic effects and can be used for the preparation of medicaments.</p> |
