PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compound in high yield and selectivity, by using cyclohexanone as a raw material and combining an acylalation process, a fluorination process, a dehydrofluorination process and a dehydrogenation process. CONSTITUTION:Cyclohexanone is made to react with trifluoroacetic anhydride preferably at 0-150 deg.C and the obtained 1,1-bis(trifluoroacetoxy)cyclohexane is made to react with hydrogen fluoride fluoride and an amine preferably at -40-+100 deg.C to obtain the 1,1-difluorocyclohexane and trifluoroacetic acid. The 1,1-difluorocyclohexane is reacted in the presence of a dehydrofluorination catalyst (e.g. a metal fluoride) and the obtained 1-fluorohexene is reacted in the presence of a dehydrogenation catalyst (e.g. platinum-group compound) and an oxidizing agent (e.g. aromatic nitro compound) to obtain the objective compound. |
