PURPOSE:To form a coil pattern with the small number of steps without using an adhesive with less degree of no difference from a coil pattern obtained by a thin metal film for DC resistance by punching a green sheet of conductor having plasticity, superposing the green sheet on the green sheet of insulator, thereby forming the coil pattern. CONSTITUTION:A conductor green sheet having plasticity is punched in the shape of coil pattern 2, and is placed on green sheets 12-14 of ceramic ferrite as it is. A connecting electrode is formed at the surface opposite to the surface formed with the coil pattern 2. Then, five green sheets are laminated in the sequence as shown, and the coil patterns 2 of the respective green sheets are connected to the connecting electrodes. The sheets are baked in the laminated state, thereby completing the laminated coil hardened from the integrated sheets. |
