PURPOSE:To make an arm operable with a container kept air tigt between its inside and outside by placing an elastic bag which expands or shrinks based on adjustment of the gas pressure between a support section and the arm. CONSTITUTION:An arm 8 is inserted into the conduit 2 of a cap 16, and a body 3 fitted to the arm 8 is fixed by an 0 ring 10 crushed with an 0 ring suppressor 7 by fastening a body lock nut 4. An elastic bag 18 is inserted into the inner circumference of a body section facing the arm 8. A gas inlet port 9 is provided on the elastic bag 18 so that the gas pressure of the seal section in the elastic bag 18 can be adjusted. Furthermore, the whole inner circumference of the elastic bag 18 is shaped in a deformed section 20 so as to get into contact with the outer periphery of the arm 8. |
