<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform mixture of two types of gases at a specific ratio by keeping a mixing tank warm to prevent condensation of a condensative gas and by stirring gases by a fan in the mixing tank. CONSTITUTION:With a valve 17 opened, a non-condensative gas is first fed in a mixing tank 8 from a gas cylinder 10. When the gas thus fed in the mixing tank 10 has reached a specific pressure, the valve 17 is closed. The mixing tank 8 has been pre-heated to about 70 deg.C by a heater 11, and a fan 13 built inside the tank is turning. Accordingly a condensative gas fed in this mixing tank will not be condensed and the two types of gases, being stirred by the fan, can be mixed quickly and uniformly.</p> |
