PURPOSE:To easily obtain a desired magnetic core with precision by forming a magnetic core, which has a V-shaped gap, to be stuck to the flank of a magnetic core constituting a track by chemical etching from one surface. CONSTITUTION:A track Tw is formed by laminated magnetic cores of amorphous magnetic materials, and a magnetic core having a V-shaped gap formed by being etched from one surface of the magnetic core is stuck to the flank of the track magnetic core. To form this magnetic core 1, the flank of an amorphous material with Fe3.5Co71.5Mn2Si14B9 composition is coated with rubber photosensitive resist, and after a thin beltlike pattern is formed by exposure, development, and baking in order, the thin belt etched in an etching solution of acetic acids and water in 2:1 proportion at 40 deg.C. Thus, the magnetic core is formed by one-surface chemical etching, so the precision is improved easily. |
