PURPOSE:To detect a minute flow rate highly accurately by using the small capacity reference tank which is constituted by alternately connecting large diameter tube parts and small diameter tube parts in one longitudinal line in the inside of a cylindrical tank. CONSTITUTION:In the inside of the cylindrical tank 1, the small capacity reference tank 2 which is constituted by alternately connecting the large diameter tube parts 2a and the small diameter tube parts 2b in one longitudinal line. A glass gage 5 which is communicated to the inside of the small capacity reference tank 2 is provided. A glass gage 4, which is communicated to a large capacity reference tank part 3 between the outer wall of the small capacity reference tank 2 and the inner wall of the tank 1, is also provided. Therefore, the difference in instrumental indications of measuring instruments for the large capacity can be measured by the large capacity reference tank part 3 and the glass gage 4. The difference in instrumental indications of measuring instruments for the small capacity can be measured by the small capacity reference tank and the glass gage 5. |
