PURPOSE:To prevent a conductive thin film from being peeled off and to obtain a reliable electrical connection by providing a tongue piece and a gap section coupling the first and the second members together so as to restraint the displacement of deppression sections of two members under contact. CONSTITUTION:Both ends of an elastic band-shaped metal plate are bent to form a deppression section 18a deppressing a conductive thin film 16, and a tongue piece 18b is formed adjacent to the curved section of the deppression section 18a and extending in the same direction as the band-shaped metal plate. The deppression section 18a of the elastic metal plate 18 is shaped in a double fork at its tip and is bent in an arc, and the tongue piece 18b is linearly extended in the lengthwise direction by providing a slit on the curved section of the deppression section 18a. The tip section of the tongue piece forms a coupling section 20 to be inserted into a recess 19 provided on or near the lead section of a face plate 1. Thereby, the conductive thin film formed on a substrate is prevented from being peeled off, thus a reliable electrical connection can be available. |
