PURPOSE:To eliminate the leakage of the electrolyte by immersing a pair of electrodes where at least one of them is made of the semiconductor in the electrolytic liquid containing the bridged high molecular ferosen compound gel thereby reducing the air dispersion without sacrifice of the ion transmission in the electrolytic liquid. CONSTITUTION:The electrolytic liquid 2 containing the bridged macromolecular ferosen compound gel is placed in a battery shell 1 to be contacted with the semiconductor 3, insulator 5 and the facing electrode 6. The semiconductor 3 will perform the ohmic contact with the metal 4 while the rear side of the metal 4 is insulated electrically through an insulator 5. In this photoelectric converter, when the light 9 is irradiated onto the surface of the semiconductor 3 the power can be taken out from the metal 5 and the pair electrode 6 through the power take-out lines 7, 8. Consequently the leakage of the electrolyte 2 can be prevented at the breakdown of the container. |
