PURPOSE:To block the current supply to the load prior to the complete discharge of the cell even if the turning-off of the switch is missed, by detecting the output voltage to be supplied to the load and controlling the switching transistor. CONSTITUTION:Interlocked switches S1, S2 are connected to a cell 1 and the power is fed through a switching transistor Q1 to the load C by throwing the switch S1 in. While the output voltage is compared with the Zener diode Z2 voltage by means of a voltage comparator U1 to function the transistors Q3, Q2 thus to conduct the transistor Q1 while when the output voltage is dropped the transistor Q1 is made nonconductive thus to block the power to the load C. Consequently the current supply can be blocked automatically prior to the complete discharge of the cell 1, thereby it can be reset to the initial state by means of a switch S2 and a capacitor C1 resulting in the simplification of the operation. |
