PURPOSE:To perform reliable bonding by a method wherein an opening is drilled on the action surface of a bonding tool perpendicularly up to a separation slit and a thermocouple is provided on the inner surface of the opening to ensure the accurate control of temperature in bonding. CONSTITUTION:An opening 12 that is perpendicular to an action surface is drilled from the action surface up to a separation slit 8. Therefore, a current 10 flows in a frontal point 13a and a back point 13b which are formed by the opening 12, and required bonding temperature can be obtained by making the sectional areas of these parts small enough. Next, a thermocouple 11 is welded on the inner surface of the opening 12. Thus, with ambient temperature influencing little, the accurate feedback of temperature is possible, which ensures the accurate control of temperature in bonding so that reliable bonding can be achieved. |
