PURPOSE:To prevent a heat loss, by electrifying and heating a material to be worked, having a small temperature gradient, setting it to a desired temperature and a desired temperature gradient, and after that, working it plastically. CONSTITUTION:A material to be worked is made to have a small temperature gradient, by electrifying and heating the material to be worked, raising its temperature up to a temperature lower than a prescribed working temperature, cooling a part of said material, or cooling a part of said material during said electrification and heating. Subsequently, said material to be worked is heated by electrifying it toward the direction of said small temperature gradient, and its temperature is raised up to a prescribed working temperature having a temperature gradient lower than said temperature gradient. After that, this material to be worked is plastically worked by utilizing a difference of plastic degrees based on the temperature gradients. |
