PURPOSE:To enable to manufacture the film of a uniform thickness, by finishing adjustment regardless of a required amount of rotation, rotating an adjusting bolt up to a time when a lower limit torque value ends, in case where a rotational torque starts from the lower limit torque value. CONSTITUTION:When an adjusting bolt 6 is rotated due to the required amount of rotation calculated by comparing the measured value of the thickness pattern in a width direction of a molded film and the set value of a thickness which is set in advance, it is performed, detecting the rotational torque of the bolt 6 by a torque detector. In case where the adjusting bolt 6 is adjusted, passing an insensible region, the adjusting bolt is rotated ranging the total region from the time b when the rotational torque is detected as a lower limit torque value to the terminal c of the lower limit torque value and adjustment is finished regardless of the required amount of rotation. |
