PURPOSE:To form printing head securely and in good workability at visible state during joining process, by a method wherein a wire is contacted and joined at both lateral portions and rear portion in outer bent portion of a printing head lever. CONSTITUTION:A head lever 4A is formed by bending a plate blank, and a wire 5 with a soldering agent applied thereto is fitted to both lateral joining portions 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D and a rear joining portion 8A of the lever 4A. The lever 4A and the wire 5 are soldered using a high-frequency soldering device, thereby a printing head level to be used for printing head of a wire-dot printer is formed. |
