PURPOSE:To improve the preservability of soy sauce, by putting a portable container containing soy sauce together with a disoxidation agent in plastic container having low gas permeability, and sealing the plastic container. CONSTITUTION:Soy sauce is sealed in a portable container such as a case, bag, etc. made of a plastic such as polyethylene. A plurality of the containers containing soy sauce and a disoxidation agent are put into a plastic container having low gas permeability, and sealed. |
