PURPOSE:To control the thickness of the silver layer accurately by applying a seat impregnated with the reduction liquid onto the surface of a positive pole agent thus forming the silver layer. CONSTITUTION:A positive pole agent composed of 99.0% of silver peroxide as the active substance and 1.0% of poly-acryl acid soda as the binder is inserted into a metallic can 1 to be used as the anode terminal of a bottom type silver peroxide cell, then an unwoven cloth or a cellophane 3 having high absorbing performance of the silver reduction liquid is mounted and the alcohol reduction liquid of 2% pidragin is injected to satulate the impregnation. Thereafter the impregnation seat 3 is removed to form the uniform silver layer on the surface of the positive pole agent 2. Consequently the positive pole agent having low electric resistance can be achieved without adding the conductive agent such as the graphite to increase the active substance per unit volume resulting in the discharging capacity. |
