PRODUCTION OF LEAD FILTER

PURPOSE:To eliminate deviation in positions and distortion and to improve quality and productivity by supplying terminal boards and resonators automatically to jigs fixed on an index turntable and welding and coupling the boards and the resonators. CONSTITUTION:A terminal board 2 is supplied from a station for supplying terminal boards to the terminal supply part of the jig 26 on a table 9. On the other hand, a resonator 1 is supplied from a station for supplying resonators to the resonator supplying part 23 of the jig 26. The board 2 supplied to the terminal board supplying part is inverted 90 deg. together with an inverting part 18 by pivoting at a shaft 24 supported to the body 22 of the jig so that the welding position thereof is made coincident with the resonator 1 supplied to the part 23. The table 9 rotates by one station, and the welding machine advances to insert a cathode bar into the U-shape of the resonator 1, then an anode bar is moved downward to press the resonator, whereby the resonator is welded to the terminal board.
