PURPOSE:To prepare a cake rich in vitamin C, by removing harshness from fruit of a plant of Rosa genus, Rosaceae family, preserving the fruit in sugar and adding the treated fruit in the base material of chocolate. CONSTITUTION:A fruit of a plant belonging to Rosa genus, Rosaceae family is subjected to harshness-removal treatment and is preserved in sugar. The preservation process is repeated once or more and the treated fruit is added to a base material of chocolate. |
