The special geometric shape of synthetic filament was composed of a main filament and a protruding part along the main filament. The main filament having a crushing property was 25-95 wt. % and 75-5 wt. % of total mass, resp., and the size of the main filament and protruding part was determined by eq. (I) (I); Dmax = the thickness of the main filament, Dmin = the thickness of the protruding part, Lw = the cross-sectional length of each protruding part, Rc = the average curvature at the inter section point of the main filament and the protruding part. the ratio of Dmin vs. total length passed through filament (Lt) was 30.
