PURPOSE:To provide a complete combustion and processing of waste tyre an an effective utilization of the produced waste heat by a method wherein the waste tyre is subjected to pyrolysis, the produced pyrolized gas and the remaining pyrolized substane are utlized as a fuel and the waste heat of the discharged gas after combustion is recovered as a heating source for a boiler. CONSTITUTION:Waste tyre is pyrolized in the pyrolisis furnace 1. The produced pyrolisis gas is guided into the gas combustion chamber 4 and utlized as a fuel for the chamber 4. The waste gas produced in the gas combustion chamber 4 is guided to the boiler 5 and utilized as a heating source for the boiler. Then, the waste gas is discharged out of the system from the chimney 7. In turn, the remainted pyrolisis substance produced in the pyrolisis furnace 1 is taken out from the discharging passage 8, guided to the fluidized bed incinerator 10 and utilized as a fuel therein. The discharging gas produced in the incinerator 10 is guided to the boiler 13 through the dust remover 12 and utlized as a heating source for the boiler. Thereafter, the discharging gas is discharged out at the chimney 7. |
