<p>The circuit recovers waste energy from an ic-engine being particularly for driving a supercharger. It comprises a tank (1) containing heat-transfer fluid (2), and an exhaust heater (5) vaporising the fluid to supply a turbine (9), driving the supercharger. The exhaust heater can comprise a pipe coil would round and in contact with the exhaust pipe (3), the fluid flowing through the coil.
