Device for collecting fluid from a urostomy comprising an attachment with an opening for the stoma to provide a sealed connection against the skin around the stoma. A rigid capsule (1) of teflon or the like is connected to the attachment. The capsule (1) has a downward facing outlet (2) through a flexible hose (10) to a detachable fastener for a fluid container (15), such as a plastic bottle.
